The users of the Green Dot symbol

The users of the Green Dot symbol are producers, importers, distributors, and retailers — i.e., entities that first place a product on the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina (importers for imported products, and domestic producers for their own products). Regardless of who the user is, their legal status must be properly regulated.

Ekopak enables all companies that produce or import packaged products to use the Green Dot symbol on their packaging, thereby demonstrating that their packaging is included in the packaging and packaging waste management system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ekopak encourages all producers, importers, fillers, distributors, and retailers to join the system.

For all obligated parties who, for any reason, have not yet regulated the use of the Green Dot in the Bosnia and Herzegovina market, we invite you to contact us and sign a contract for using the symbol.
